Designing a new email communication approach for the Plus brand. As part of the project, I created a series of graphics aimed at breaking the outdated visual style. The result was a new email creation system, thoroughly documented with a set of rules and guidelines.

Previous emails, both in content and communication style, resembled printed promotional flyers. Apart from presenting the offer, they provided no value to the recipient. Instead of a flashy image pasted into the message, I opted for a modular structure. Combined with a clear color scheme, this made the content much more readable. A breaking accent was introduced through the color green—its intensity draws the reader’s attention to key areas of the message. Depending on the target audience and the corresponding funnel, we can adjust the size of the modules to tailor the content, e.g., a larger blog section and a smaller offer section, or vice versa.
